IITA BBEST PROJECT ANNUAL MEETING IN DRC

The key components of the annual review meeting included the presentation on activities implemented by the project coordination team and the partner institutions, and learning experiences. The coordination team, including the monitoring evaluation and officer and the communications officer, gave comprehensive presentations on the activities they undertook during the year. They also delved into the main activities that were implemented under the project. Shifting the focus to the second day of the meeting, the partners from the various institutions worked in groups on the project's various activities and sub-activities for the new year. Following this work, both groups made presentations on their discussions.
The meeting closed with words of thanks on behalf of the partners from WORLDVEG's Regional Director for Central and West Africa, Dr Malick Ba, and on behalf of the coordination team from IITA Kasaï Station Manager, Dr Paul Dontsop.
