Dr. David Bugeme Mugisho is the coordinator of BBEST project activities at AALI. He Plans activities within the budget and timetable. He Sets up and manages the project staff working at AALI.
Dr. David Supervises the implementation of the project activities, draws the project’s budget, breaks it down into activities; and evaluates the progress of the project’s activities.
