Moussa BN Cisse is an entomologist, associate Professor at Katibougou Rural Polytechnic Institute for Training and Applied Research (IPR-IFRA) and Laboratory of Applied Molecular Biology from the University of Sciences Technics and Technology in Bamako (LBMA-USTTB) in Mali. He has 18 years of experience in medical and veterinary research and international health development program implementation. Currently, CISSE is: Teaching as an Associate professor at IPR-IFRA entomology, phytopathology, and crop pest control. (www.ipr-ifra.edu.ml). He is also working as Chief of Entomology Unity at LBMA-USTTB on the development of an innovative approach for malaria vector control program monitoring and evaluation; the implementation and assessment of new tools in vector-borne diseases (malaria and arbovirus) control; the insecticides Treated Net durability monitoring; the Indoor Residual Spraying implementation and entomological monitoring and the vector-borne diseases insecticide resistance monitoring.
