Mr. Ankrah Twumasi Leads the Monitoring Evaluation Learning (MEL) activities under the BBEST project and implement Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI) and particularly with regards to reporting needs and schedule for project deliverables, develop protocols for reporting on the social profiles of beneficiaries and disaggregated information on social inclusion (gender & other vulnerable groups),
With a wealth of experience in monitoring and evaluation, he monitors the project performance based on indicators, targets and objectives set in the project document, monitors the implementation progress against project implementation plan, inform project management team of any major deviations and suggest necessary revisions as needed.
He works closely with the project management team to monitor fund disbursement and project expenditures by partners and follow up on partners’ reporting and visits the project implementing sites to monitor field works.
He keeps the physical and digital records of information and documents related to the MEL activities and establish the necessary archiving, filling system and order. Mr. Ankrah performs other MEL-GSI project-related assignments, publishes research findings and contributes to dissemination of results to project stakeholders.
